My experience with Hills Resendential has been a poor one this last year. The most alarming thing about this estate agents is the lack of communication with their tenants, we had reported a couple of problems to them and they said someone would come round to visit and they never did. When it was chased up still no progress wasn't made. Also as we were students when something did go wrong in the house we were always the first to blame and there was no discussion about it. Moreover, there were plenty of claims that they tried to visit our property and we were blocking their entry by putting the latch up but this was not true, when we made this claim we were called liars in a pretty rude way. I appreciate on the whole that student estate agents aren't fantastic but these guys are really a whole new level. Don't be fooled by the good reviews and the supposed rewards they have earned. If you want to be undermined and more or less ignored then this is the waste agency for you! Only good thing I can say about this experience was the good price for rent, I'd highly suggest any students considering using this estate agency to have a rethink and look elsewhere, quite simply it was poor and unprofessional experience, it was primarily down to their awful communication skills.
